What will your role look like?
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will support a senior solicitor and play a key role in progressing matters from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Proving 1-to-1 support for one of the fee earners
* Preparing and reviewing draft contracts, searches, reports, and completion statements
* Managing day-to-day client communications and progressing matters efficiently
* Handling file opening procedures, AML checks, and compliance in line with firm policies
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines effectively in a remote working environment
