Sales Manager UK – NewPower Trucks
Department: Sales – NewPower Trucks
Location: Home-based with regular travel across the UK
Reports To: UK Trucks Sales Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: November/December 2025
Job Purpose
This is a newly created role to support the business plan for NewPower Trucks. The Sales Manager UK will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing the NewPower Trucks brand across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute the sales strategy to achieve business targets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Present to small and large groups, including internal and external stakeholders
· Provide regular updates and insights to line manager and wider business as required
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
· Travel extensively across the UK to meet clients and attend business meetings
Essential Criteria
Education & Experience
* Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline OR
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, with at least 3 years in direct sales
Skills & Knowledge
* Proven track record in commercial sales and business development
* Strong technical knowledge relevant to our industry
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Analytical and commercially minded in decision-making
* Strong negotiation skills
Additional Requirements
* Highly driven and ambitious
* Willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
* Full UK Driving License
* Able to travel extensively across the UK
Desirable but not Required Criteria
* Experience in a similar industry
* Valid HGV licence
