Basic Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
OTE: £75,000 - £80,000 (uncapped)

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious B2B Sales Professional to join a well-established Events company.
Ideal for someone with a background in B2B or field sales, looking to expand into the media, events, and sponsorship space.
The Role
We’re seeking a confident and target-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to manage and grow revenue across an exciting portfolio of Events, Digital Platforms, and Magazines.
This role combines new business development with account management, and will involve both phone-based and field sales activity, including attending client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively develop new B2B client relationships through field and phone-based sales.
* Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle across digital, media, and event solutions.
* Identify growth opportunities and create tailored sales strategies for your client base.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report key sales metrics (revenue, performance, retention, etc.).
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and event partnerships.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships focused on trust, retention, and account growth.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and key industry players to spot new opportunities.
* Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
