Executive Assistant to Creative Director - Luxury Fashion Studio
70-90k perm (or Ltd monthly)
3 days on site, 2 days WFH, with flex as per business needs
You are a seasoned, Executive PA or Personal Producer with experience supporting a Creative Director commercially and personally, with professionalism and discretion. You will consistently interface with key internal stakeholders to constantly re-evaluate daily priorities and last minute changes, a can-do attitude is essential.
Calendar Management: business appointments, shoots, meetings, personal appointments and travel
Communication: serve as the main point of contact for all correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)
Travel Coordination: global travel plans, flights, accommodation, transport, visa requirements
Project Management: coordinate with Producers and Creative Leads to gather all projects key details and plans
Administrative Support: prepare documents, reports, and presentations; manage expense reports and invoices.
Client Relations: nurture positive relationships with clients, brands, and other stakeholders; assist in client communications and meetings.
Event Planning: organize and coordinate events such as exhibitions and gallery openings
Office Management: daily studio operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with 3rd parties
Personal Assistance: personal tasks and errands as needed to support the CD's personal and professional life balance.
Finance and Legal: interface with banks, accountants and lawyers, filing and documentation
Essential:
* Seasoned experience as an Executive Assistant in a creative environment (no corporates)
* Premium fashion or photographers studio or music studio or for celebrities / HNWi's
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Full citizenship or an unlimited work permit for working in the UK

* flexibility to travel at short notice
* pro-active attitude to be able to provide options and solutions for a very busy and fluid schedule management.
* exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

* proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
