Job Description
Responsible for supporting the production manager by leading staff, organising and monitoring workflow and ensuring daily/weekly/monthly targets are hit.
Resolving day to day issues and establishing processes to prevent future issues
Maintaining quality standards of products are adhered to and enforcing the organisations standards
Take a hands-on approach to production activities supporting the team when required. Being happy to complete tasks you would expect from the team.
Leading team briefs and tool box talks on a daily basis, attending contract review meetings in absence of the Production ManagerProduction Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience leading shopfloor teams in a manufacturing environment (fabrication/assembly is advantageous)
Ability to carry out shopfloor duties when requiredProduction Manager
