About the role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. To contribute to the achievement and maximisation of agreed budgeted EBITDA by managing and developing new and existing customer relationships in order to maximise sales. Responsibilities Sales Responsible for the delivery of monthly / quarterly / annual EBITDA, cash flow and budgeted targets using effective sales techniques and the company’s sales procedures Manage key accounts against set targets, including mandatory face to face sales call quotas each month Open and develop new trading accounts Maintain a sales plan for the area, monitoring and mapping time scales and actions required to achieve growth. Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge, including attendance at product training Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
