Senior Creative Retoucher
This role is an opportunity to join a high-end creative production studio that works with some of the biggest brands and best creative agencies. The team consists of talented artists skilled in various areas, including stills, motion, CGI, and beyond. They have in-house photo studios, production teams, and a global reach catering to every client need.
We are looking for a seasoned Creative Retoucher with a high-end and varied folio of retouching work. You will have worked on a broad range of projects for advertising, automotive, still life, beauty, product, as well as being used to working with provided CGI assets. You'll be extremely passionate about the work, and have the ability to add value creatively, as well as taking feedback on board happily, and work on prescriptive briefs. You'll enjoy collaboration and be comfortable having clients sit with you, and work to very high standards.
The key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-end retouching across various digital and print formats.
* Collaborating with producers to assess new briefs and advise on project timelines.
* Leading by example with large projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
* Developing and enhancing client briefs, adding value and managing expectations.
* Mentoring junior team members, sharing expertise and insights.
* Liaising directly with clients and collaborating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* A strong portfolio showcasing diverse retouching skills.
* Expertise in Photoshop and related software, techniques, and approaches.
* A comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflows, color management, and technical specifications for digital and print.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a natural team player.
* Ability to handle multiple accounts with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
