Financial Advisor Requirements You must be Level 4 Diploma qualified You must have a Minimum 3 years experience as a financial adviser or in a closely related role You should have strong pensions and investment knowledge You should have experience using IO or similar financial planning software You should be able to demonstrable ability to convert warm leads and manage long term client relationships
