Full Time
Salary: A fair salary package will be offered, with flexibility depending on individual circumstances
Benefits: Funding for a relevant degree and accommodation available
Minchinhampton Baptist Church (MBC) is experiencing exciting growth in our Children’s and Families Ministry—both in our Sunday gatherings and through our work in the wider community, particularly at the Minchinhampton Community Hub.
Minchinhampton is a beautiful Cotswold town, just 10 minutes from Stroud and 40 minutes from Bristol.
We believe God is calling us to be:
* More like Jesus
* Being Family
* Centred in Community
If you’re someone with a heart for people—especially children and families—and you're exploring a call to ministry, this could be the perfect next step for you.
A Role to Grow In
This is a training role, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, teachable, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll be immersed in hands-on ministry while receiving practical support, mentoring, and funded theological training in a relevant field. Whether you're discerning a call to ministry or seeking to develop your gifts, we want to walk that journey with you.
What We’re Looking For
* An enthusiastic, people-oriented person with a heart for children, families, and community.
* A willingness to learn, try new things, and grow in Christian ministry.
* A team player who’s ready to get involved, take the initiative, and be mentored along the way.
What We Offer
* A fair salary (negotiable depending on experience and circumstances)
* Funded degree-level training in a relevant field
* Accommodation available if required
* Ongoing mentoring and spiritual support
