Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5pm

Day to day duties will include the following:
* Manage potential sales leads from the quoting stage through to ordering.
* Grow and maintain existing and potential customer accounts.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
* Conduct follow-up calls on quotes and employ negotiating skills to convert them into orders.
* Source external prices from suppliers as required.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling and responding to all queries.
* Compile accurate and efficient customer quotes in a timely manner.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the sheet metal industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
* Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
* Strong customer service focus with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude towards work.
* Effective team player who understands customer needs.
