As a Service Advisor at our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles dealership in Leeds, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer experience. You will ensure that every aspect of the customer's visit is positive and professional. We seek a driven, self-motivated, and friendly individual dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include
1. Providing courteous and professional interactions with customers and the public.
2. Understanding customer requirements and advising on vehicle repair times and collection.
3. Managing vehicle repairs through effective communication with workshop control to meet deadlines.
4. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting these into bookings.
5. Keeping customers informed about repair progress through various communication channels.
6. Promoting products, services, and repairs tailored to customer needs while achieving objectives.
7. Invoicing and processing payments for completed work.
8. Collaborating with team members to meet departmental goals and KPIs.
9. Utilizing dealer and manufacturer systems to record and maintain accurate data.
Qualifications
1. Proven high customer satisfaction levels.
2. Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong IT skills; experience with databases is advantageous.
4. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
5. Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
6. Team player attitude.
7. Clean driving license with no excessive penalties.
