Are you a Care Assistant or Live-in Carer, looking to provide round-the-clock advanced one-to-one care for service users with complex and intricate needs in their own homes?
You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to individuals with extreme dementia, brain injuries, Parkinson's, and late-stage palliative care. Using your knowledge and experiences, you can support individuals to live safe and independent lives.

This role would suit a Care Assistant, looking for a specialist role that will require the use of detailed knowledge to care for a range of clients with chronic or long-term health conditions.
THE ROLE:
* Round-the-clock care assisting with personal care, food & fluid and domestic duties
* Overseeing medication
* Moving and handling e.g. hoisting
* Community Access
THE PERSON:
* Experience as a Live-in Carer or Care Assistant is essential
* Looking for full-time
* Full Driving License Preferred
