Events Coordinator
Join our team as an Events Coordinator and help plan and deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests across a wide range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage event enquiries and convert leads into bookings
* Liaise with clients to understand and confirm event requirements
* Coordinate event details with internal departments (kitchen, AV, operations)
* Prepare accurate function sheets and distribute in a timely manner
* Support clients throughout the planning process with professionalism and care
* Conduct venue show rounds and upsell services where possible
* Ensure smooth event delivery and handle client feedback on the day
* Maintain booking systems and records of events and client preferences
* Assist with post-event follow-up and invoicing
