Job Title: Building Remediation Administrator Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Worcester Salary:£26,000 p/a plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Building Safety Assessment: Assist the Building Remediation Manager with the coordination and planning, of comprehensive third party safety assessments of buildings.
* Maintain accurate records of building assessments, recommendations and actions, including key safety data and documentation.
* Ensure all recommendations arising from safety assessments are appropriately actioned and resolved by the responsible entity in the prescribed timeframes.
* Assist with communication across a wide range of stakeholders to ensure clear communication of safety risks and any required actions.
* Remediation Management: Assist with the coordination and planning of remediation projects to address safety concerns identified during safety assessments, including both fire safety and structural issues, for example external wall systems issues, internal compartmentation defects, structural reinforcement, etc.
* Assist with the management of risks associated with building safety during remediation, identifying both immediate and long-term safety concerns and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and construction teams to ensure safety measures are implemented in accordance with legal and technical requirements.
* Regulatory Compliance and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams, and external stakeholders, including engineers, architects, surveyors, legal advisors, management companies, developers, and residents, to ensure a shared understanding of building safety requirements.
* Ensure ongoing communication with appointed property managers and third-party appointed property managers, RTM directors, etc. to ensure the client has a comprehensive understanding of the safety of its buildings and ongoing steps to maintain safety.
* Keep up to date with changes in building safety regulations, disseminating key information to relevant stakeholders to ensure continued compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
* Experience of maintaining and inputting data into various systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* An ability to proactively manage workload and deal with the conflicting demands of a high-paced and high-pressure environment with clear deadlines.
* An elevated level of accuracy and diligence
* IT literacy in Microsoft Office, with proven high level working knowledge of Excel
Desirable
* A background in the Property sector and any knowledge of fire safety legislation.
* Experience/Knowledge of working with fire regulations and fire safety legislation
