Our client, who are a leading college group, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a busy, fast-paced role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of positions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a professional, efficient and compliant recruitment service.
Job Title: Recruitment Advisor (Temporary)
Salary: £15.00 to £18.00 per hour
Location: Redhill, with occasional travel to South Croydon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5pm
Start: ASAP – 4 weeks initially
**The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS clearance**
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers
* Directly source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media and networking
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment best practice
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports as required
* Support onboarding activity and ensure compliance with relevant policies
* Provide cover within the HR team and support cross-site activities when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience desirable)
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
* Proactive and resourceful approach to candidate attraction
* Understanding of equality, safeguarding and data protection principles
