Job Description Are you highly organised, proactive, and confident working with clinicians? We are looking for a Physician Services Liaison to join our Physician Services team at GenesisCare UK. In this pivotal role, you will support new consultants through the Practising Privileges (PPs) process, acting as the main point of contact from initial application right through to onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening consultant relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting the continued growth of our clinical network. The Role: As the Physician Services Liaison, you will coordinate and guide new consultants through governance and onboarding processes. You will ensure that documentation is completed accurately, internal teams are aligned, and consultants feel supported throughout. You’ll build strong relationships both internally and externally, providing clear communication, problem-solving proactively, and ensuring a smooth transition into our centres. What You’ll Do: Consultant Onboarding & Support Guide new consultants through the practising privileges process, ensuring timely completion of all governance and mandatory documentation. Act as primary point of contact, providing a positive onboarding experience from application to go-live. Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Market Development Managers, Centre Leaders, IT, finance, dosimetry, pharmacy, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and access to systems. Governance & Compliance Prepare required documentation for monthly Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) packs and liaise with the Quality team. Maintain accurate consultant records, trackers, and CRM data to support visibility and decision-making. Communication, Engagement & Reporting Build strong professional relationships with new consultants, adopting a solutions-focused approach to resolving issues. Work closely with marketing to ensure online profiles across GenesisCare platforms and private medical insurers are set up correctly. Produce regular progress reports and dashboards to support process improvements and operational planning. What You’ll Have: Experience and skills: Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication, with confidence engaging directly with clinicians. Experience within private healthcare or understanding of practising privileges / consultant onboarding. Able to work flexibly and proactively to manage competing priorities. Confident using Excel and data tracking systems (CRM experience desirable). Collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships across multiple internal teams. Qualifications and knowledge: Understanding of governance processes within private healthcare. Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements. Flexibility to travel occasionally for internal meetings or consultant engagement.
