What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Inspire and lead your team with clarity and purpose

✔ Connect with prospective clients and share key program information
✔ Manage follow-ups and guide clients through a smooth onboarding process
✔ Support and mentor new clients as they begin their development journey
Key Responsibilities

• Lead with awareness, integrity, and encouragement
• Work independently while maintaining strong accountability
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be open to learning and applying new skills consistently
• Generate leads through targeted online advertising (mainly social media)
• Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom
• Participate in continuous training with industry-leading mentors
• Dedicate a minimum of 2–3 hours per day to building your business
