Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager - Modular & Custom Build
Location: Lichfield (Hybrid - office-based with flexibility)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular and custom stand builds, brand activations, and live events. You'll manage projects from concept to completion — collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure every build is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a hybrid position based from the company's Lichfield HQ, offering flexibility alongside hands‑on involvement in a wide variety of creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage exhibition stand and brand activation projects from brief to completion
* Oversee budgets, timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination
* Act as main client contact throughout project delivery
* Supervise on‑site installation, delivery, and breakdown
* Collaborate with internal design, production, and print teams
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
* Mentor and support junior project team members
What You'll Need
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects within exhibitions, events, or brand activations
* Proven track record managing budgets between £15K - £250K
* Strong technical understanding of floorplans, drawings, and build specifications
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Knowledge of print and fabrication processes is advantageous
