HR Policy Consultant

£450 - £500 pd (Umbrella)
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an HR Policy Consultant on an initial 6-month basis.
The HR Policy Consultant will be responsible for developing and creating new HR policies, as well as revising and updating existing policies.
What you?ll be doing:
Design, develop and promote new HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the continual changing legal landscape and HR best practice, as well as organisational requirements, culture and values.
Lead and facilitate formal communication, consultation and negotiation processes
Provide responsive and accurate information and guidance on policy related matters
Prepare clear communications for stakeholders across the business.
Facilitate training and communications and managing any subsequent procedural tasks.
About you:
Previous experience as an HR Policy Consultant / Specialist
Experience of launching new policies and managing through to launch.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulatory compliance.
Experience of policy development and implementation.
Proven experience in interpreting and advising on policy and procedures within a complex organisation.
