This role offers genuine ownership of paid social performance across multiple high-growth brands, with direct influence over strategy, testing and creative direction.
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, move quickly and drive results, rather than just execute tasks. As the agency continues to scale, this position is designed to progress into senior paid media and performance leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta and TikTok
* Optimise campaigns using performance data across metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and MER
* Develop product- and goal-led paid media plans aligned to wider client strategy
* Translate insights into clear briefs and collaborate closely with creative teams
* Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCom/DTC brands
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads platforms
* Confidence analysing performance data and turning insights into actions
* Experience briefing creatives on performance-led paid social campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000
