User Researcher (French Speaking)

We are looking for a User Researcher to join a multidisciplinary digital team, helping teams better understand user needs and behaviours to inform product and service design.
In this role, you will plan and conduct research with French-speaking users, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations for designers, product managers, and delivery teams.

* Proven experience working as a User Researcher within digital or product teams
* Ability to plan, conduct, and analyse qualitative and quantitative research
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working within Agile teams
