Purpose

This is a truly unique opportunity to join our Early Talent Programme as a Business Operations Associate, where you’ll gain exposure to multiple departments—from operations and technology to propositions, marketing and people—while contributing to meaningful work from day one.


You’ll be involved in:


* Supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Researching and presenting ideas to improve processes
* Shadowing senior leaders and attending key meetings
* Helping with internal communications, data analysis, and tech tools
* Bringing energy, creativity, and hustle to everything you do
