Position Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring project completion on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
1. Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
3. Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
4. Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
5. Resolve high-level scope issues within projects.
6. Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure goals related to customer satisfaction and team performance are met.
8. Implement and manage changes to achieve project goals.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
10. Provide accurate and timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle.
11. Analyze program risks.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in Project and/or Program Management.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Experience leading hardware, software, and system development projects.
* Background in automotive or fast-paced technology development environments, preferably electric vehicles.
* Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements in the automotive industry is desirable.

* Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Ability to lead a multi-functional global team and define system and product roadmaps.
* Experience in defining business cases and implementing product cost roadmaps.
* Experience managing change management projects.
* Customer-facing project management experience.
* Managing new technology developments in line with industry changes.
