As an apprentice, you'll learn how to manage IT assets and configuration data, working with tools like ServiceNow and SNOW Licence Manager. You'll help maintain accurate records, support audits, contribute to software governance and work on real projects from day one. Four days each week are spent in the team gaining experience, with one day dedicated to studying for your Level 4 Digital Infrastructure Engineer qualification.
