* Discipline: Water Treatment Engineers/Plumbers
The opportunity has arisen for a committed, flexible and multi-skilled Water Treatment Engineer/Plumber to join a successful and growing water treatment company. The successful individual will have extensive hands on experience in undertaking remedial plumbing works and will be based in and around Wembley area. Consideration will be given to applications from Harrow, Hayes, Edgware, Twickenham and the surrounding areas.
Experience/Qualifications:
Will hold the City and Guilds Level 2 or 3 Plumbing qualification.
Come from a strong chemical, technical, plumbing, and water hygiene/water treatment background.
Have varied and extensive experience working as a water treatment engineer within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.
Hold a good knowledge of the water treatment industry and ACOP L8 legislation.
Must be IT literate.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in liaising with clients.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc.
Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
Undertake planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment as and when required.
Completing paperwork for all works undertaken.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
Servicing and maintenance of TMV’s.
In general, the successful candidate will be of smart disposition and have good work ethos and at the same time have the aptitude to work independently and under pressure.
