Sodexo is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our Nutrition & Dietetics team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, working 37 hours per week (flexible over 4 or 5 days). This hybrid role will require an average of two days per week in the office. You will support the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics by providing expert advice on food products and nutrition across a variety of consumer profiles and external clients, ensuring the integrity of Sodexo’s nutrition publications and reputation. Collaborating with Service Development, Culinary, Procurement, and Data teams, you’ll help shape food offers that meet regulatory standards and consumer needs, particularly within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Working across all elements of Sodexo food services, ensuring that the advice you and the team provide related to nutrition and diet meets the defined needs of both our internal and external customer and is aligned with current government and best practice guidelines. Effectively communicating current guidelines and suggested approaches to the Service Offer Manager and Procurement to ensure that all parties understand the benefits to be gained from adhering to nutrition and dietetic guidelines for food products across a range of consumer profiles and external clients Providing training and development material/workshops as required Attending meetings and provide presentations on specific nutritional topics as required by the business Research the legislative requirements for Sodexo segment as assigned. Advise on relevant nutrition and dietetics issues; providing the in-house nutrition and dietetics expertise which includes reviewing and drawing on current research, publications and good practice.
