Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary customer service executive to join their busy team! To be considered you must be available immediately and have excellent communication skills. Duties: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face. Respond to queries promptly or escalate to relevant teams as needed. Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system. Signpost customers to appropriate services and partner organisations. Process applications and support related procedures within required timescales.
