About the Role:
MANE is looking for a selfâmotivated Aircraft Mechanic to support one of our key aviation clients. In this handsâon role, youâll use your aircraft maintenance experience across scheduled and unscheduled activities, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards and in line with Part 145 requirements. Youâll also support the Engineer in supervising and mentoring the team, ensuring smooth dayâtoâday operations while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality at all times. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance of aircraft as defined by customer requirements/List of Work.
* Work in accordance with company procedures and Human Factors philosophy, using only approved and calibrated tools.
* Build and manage strong relationships with customers, team members, and support departments.
* Complete all maintenance paperwork and forms accurately and on time in line with MOE Part 2.
* Report any issues impacting safety, productivity, or workflow.
* Process and return unused materials to Stores, following proper disposal instructions.
* Ensure correct storage, labelling, and protection of aircraft components and tooling.
* Maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness and FOD prevention.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
* Assist with hangar facility maintenance and general operational tasks.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in aviation maintenance (including apprenticeship) within a Part 145 organisation.
* Proven ability to use Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
* Strong understanding of aircraft systems and structural repairs.
* Excellent attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Training:
* Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in aviation or mechanical engineering.
* Initial Human Factors, EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety training.
* Experience on the following aircraft types:
* B737NG, B737CL, B757, B767, A320 family
