As a Personal Care Support Assistant, your role will involve both educational and care-based support. Key responsibilities include:
* Following clear instructions and understanding task requirements effectively
* Using visual and auditory memory to retain and apply important information
* Providing personal care support to students as needed
* Creating a positive and engaging environment conducive to learning
* Assisting in planning and delivering classroom activities
* Offering 1:1 or small group support to students with a variety of needs
Qualifications and personal attributes:
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Experience working with children in educational or care settings
* Reliable and able to commit to regular working hours (full-time or part-time)
* Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
