RMS are working with an outstanding automotive client; we are looking for Several Valets to join our team. Our client is well-known for providing vehicle storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch and transportation facilities!
What we can offer you?
* £12.79 per hour
* Full Time hours, Monday to Friday on a weekly shift rotation:6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
* Enhanced rates available for overtime and unsociable hours.
About the role?
Working under the supervision and co-ordination of the Compound Manager and Team Leader, you will be required to valet all workshop vehicles to a high standard within allocated timeframes, before despatch to auction.
Key responsibilities of the Role:
* To Valet all Workshop vehicles to the expected standard, in preparation for dispatch.
* To Valet each vehicle within the allocated timeframes.
* To locate the vehicle once valeted, and to assist in the Yard whenever and necessary.
* To keep all areas in Valet workshops clean and tidy.
* To complete all relevant paperwork and report any discrepancies.
* To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
* Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.
About you?
* You must be aged 22 or old and hold a Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points and no DR offences for an insurance purpose
* A level headed approach needs to be taken when valeting and driving vehicles to ensure your own safety and the safety of your colleagues.
* The use of initiative needs to be taken to ensure that all vehicles are distributed meeting the necessary quality standards.
* To be able to work independently but liaise effectively with colleagues and support each department to ensure quality is maintained.
