To assist with the development of learners’ literacy and numeracy skills. To assist with the pastoral care needs of learners and to direct learners to other college support mechanisms as necessary. To provide learners with help in understanding oral and written instruction. To assist with the co-ordination of learners’ work, record keeping and progress through liaison with lecturing and support staff at all levels within the College.
