We’re excited to share a new opportunity with our client in Bath, joining Staffing Solutions, the RUH’s in‑house temporary staffing bank. Their service is growing, and are looking for enthusiastic, organised administrators to help us continue meeting the increasing demand across the hospital.
This role is available as a fixed-term contract, making it a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping the organisation deliver safe and effective care to our patients. You’ll support the sourcing and engagement of temporary workers across a range of specialties and professions.
Your day‑to‑day work will include:
* Liaising with managers, new temporary workers, current staff and external agencies
* Ensuring shifts are advertised correctly
* Booking temporary workers into suitable shifts
* Keeping managers updated on progress
* Ensuring Bank Workers are compliant with Mandatory training
* Providing MI to our internal customers

While experience in a temporary staffing or bank office is an advantage, it’s not essential. However, you must have solid administrative experience in a high‑volume, demanding environment.
