Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? One of the UK’s leading residential property developers is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team in Peterborough on a 3-month temporary contract.
Location: On-site in Peterborough
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of the Customer Services team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to emails and calls from sites and business units
2. Placing orders for building materials and preparing quotes
3. Investigating and resolving queries with a problem-solving mindset
4. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service
