Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead and manage high-profile assets, including trophy buildings, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The role involves overseeing operational standards, leading on-site teams, managing budgets, and driving service excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting
* Ensuring high standards of building maintenance and presentation
* Leading and motivating on-site teams to foster a culture of ownership and accountability
* Driving compliance and contractor performance
* Innovating to improve efficiency and service delivery
Qualifications:
* Experience managing a high-quality property portfolio, preferably within commercial or trophy assets
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and coach teams
* Proactive leadership with sound decision-making skills
* Experience handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategies
* Attention to detail in operational and presentation standards
Benefits:
