Facilities Supervisor

£14.50 - £15.60 Per hour
Our long-established client in Faringdon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of various facilities and events
Facilities Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections across sites to ensure safety and compliance
* Supervise and support the Leisure Services team
* Assist in the setup and running of events
* Manage external contractors and ensure all venues are safe, clean, and operational
Facilities Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations
* Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
* Practical ability to perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and facility checks
* Confidence using email and standard IT systems
* A full UK driving licence
* A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Facilities Supervisor Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
