What you'll be doing
* Assist in managing facilities and electrical systems across the organisation
* Oversee project management for new building construction and infrastructure upgrades
* Maintain and improve existing electrical systems through planned maintenance programmes
* Supervise service partners and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Provide technical guidance to user departments and support troubleshooting efforts
* Coordinate fire safety systems and Green Mark initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance
* Investigate safety incidents and prepare incident reports for follow-up and review
What we're looking for
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Facilities or related studies
* 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or building services engineering, preferably within healthcare setting
* Proficient in electrical design calculations, cost estimation, and detailed engineering design
* Able to read and interpret electrical drawings
* Capable of conducting basic troubleshooting for power trips
* Experience in annual shutdowns, including planning or hands-on support, is preferred
* Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
