The Role: A varied and dynamic mix of:
* Employment litigation
* HR advice and client support
* Policy & procedure drafting

* Business development with the wider Employment Law Team
Typical Responsibilities:
* Drafting ET3 submissions
* Taking & drafting witness statements
* Analysing and evaluating evidence
* Conducting pre-hearing reviews
* Tribunal appearances
* Day-to-day employment law advice (phone, email & face-to-face)
* Reviewing contracts, policies & procedures
* Transactional employment support
* Advising on employee relations issues

Who We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year PQE in Employment Law
* Passion for this area of law
