Project Manager
Hybrid - West Sussex - 2 days per week on site (mandatory)
Daily rate: £550-£650 inside IR35
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Start: ASAP
My client, a well known consumer brand, is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead the delivery of high-impact projects across Technology and Business Change, with the ability to flex effortlessly between Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing
• Experience leading tech-enabled business change
• Solid change management instincts – ensuring smooth adoption across people and processes
• Practical Agile experience – ideally with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Demonstrable experience of budget ownership and financial reporting
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence and solve problems under pressure
