Primary schools across Worthing are looking for warm, reliable Teaching Assistants with SEN experience to join their teams in KS1 and Early Years.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils in KS1 and Early Years (classroom & 1:1 support)
* Helping deliver phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based activities
* Providing additional support to children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, etc.)
* Creating a calm, encouraging classroom environment
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support children's progress
* Being a friendly, dependable presence for pupils who need consistency
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £89 per day
