They are seeking a Contact Centre Manager to lead and inspire a team of 25 (rising to 50 during peak periods) within the Contact Centre department. This role focuses on coaching, supporting, motivating, and delivering outstanding service, while creating a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued and engaged.
Responsibilities
* Being visible, approachable, and actively supporting your team on the floor.
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
* Using data and insights to identify trends and continuously improve service.
* Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless customer and retail care.
* Ensuring compliance with KPIs, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
* Acting as a role model for care, teamwork, and responsibility across the business.
