This role will suit an experienced Civils Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor who is confident managing gangs on site while remaining hands‑on when required. Duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Supervising civils and groundworks teams on site
* Overseeing trenching, trench boxes, duct laying and kerbing works
* Ensuring H&S standards are met at all times
* Daily coordination of site activities and progress reporting
* Checking plant and equipment
* Supporting with manual handling and general site duties when required
Qualifications
* Valid CSCS Card
* SSSTS (essential)
* Strong background in civils / groundworks supervision
* Experience on infrastructure or utilities projects (highly desirable)
* Additional tickets (plant, dumper, excavator etc.) advantageous
* Ability to lead from the front and support site teams
