Working in our dedicated Customer Support Centre, you will contribute to maintaining high standards for our customers. The key purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between Northgate & its customer base to keep our fleet in peak condition. Your responsibilities will include Manage large volumes of outbound communications in a timely and professional manner. Proactively identify customer needs and confidently clarifying information and solutions. Managing customer data & job card creation in our Customer Management system.
