Customer Service / Online Assistant
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service / Online Assistant to support our growing brand. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers via email and chat, helping solve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless, positive experience. You’ll also assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing to-do lists and supporting internal team operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
2. Resolve product or service issues with a customer-first attitude.
3. Track and manage open conversations and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Assist in organizing and prioritizing team to-do lists and schedules.
5. Maintain customer records and update order info when needed.
6. Flag recurring customer issues or FAQs for internal review.
7. Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, Google Docs/Sheets, and task managers (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Bonus Points:
* Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Instagram, TikTok).
* Familiarity with CRM or help desk tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
