* A qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent).
* Experienced in teaching Sociology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level Sociology).

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Sociology lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical discussion, research, and analysis within Sociology.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
* Contribute to the development of the Sociology curriculum.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
