What you'll do
* Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing, and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles
* Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused on their tasks
* Ensure excellent Customer Service is provided to everyone who shops with us
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and team through every shift
* Strong communication skills to handle even the trickiest conversations
* Confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s key performance indicators
