Duties of the Service Advisor role include:
9. Providing excellent customer service and managing service bookings
10. Liaising with customers on vehicle repairs and scheduled services
11. Supporting the workshop with accurate job explanations and recommendations
12. Assisting with vehicle maintenance schedules and job prioritisation
13. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
14. Using In house IT System and manufacturer systems for job management and documentation
15. Maintaining communication between customers and technicians
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
16. Automotive knowledge and genuine passion for vehicles and the brands they specialise in
17. Technical understanding, technician bias advantageous but not essential
18. Strong communication and organisational skills
19. Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
20. Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred
21. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
