Were looking for an enthusiastic and organised Pre‑sales and Marketing Assistant to join the BrightMinded team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos eager to build on their experience across both marketing and sales of a B2B software business. Youll be instrumental in helping us grow the business in this fast‑moving environment. Youll work in a great team and get the opportunity to contribute quickly, and grow with us.

What’s the role
Generate quality sales opportunities and help the sales team close them by e.g.:
* Creating proposals
* Performing demos of our software to potential clients
* Outreach through targeting marketing campaigns
* Maintaining sales templates and marketing brochures
* Measuring and monitoring the performance of sales and marketing campaigns
Increase brand awareness and inbound leads by
* Ensuring our website reflects our brand and marketing messages for the different audiences
* Analysing data from Google Analytics and marketing campaigns
* Implementing the latest SEO and AEO techniques
* Analysing social media trends and implementing campaigns (mainly LinkedIn)
* Organising BrightMinded events and our participation at external events
What kind of experience will help you
* Experience in pre‑sales and/or marketing of B2B software products or services
* Familiarity with the design of visuals (imagery and data graphics) and video creation/editing
* Familiarity with a CMS like WordPress and a CRM like HubSpot
