Description
Floristry at The Carnegie Club
Floristry at Skibo plays an essential role in shaping the visual identity of the estate. From the castle and clubhouse to the spa and retail spaces, floral design enhances each setting, reflecting the season, the surrounding landscape and the character of the Club.
Working closely with Events, Housekeeping, Retail and other departments, the Floristry function ensures that every arrangement, installation and styled display contributes to a cohesive and elevated aesthetic. Wherever possible, blooms and foliage from our gardens and thoughtfully foraged materials from the estate are incorporated, celebrating the natural beauty of our Highland setting.
About The Role
As Floral Stylist, you will play an integral part in shaping the visual identity of Skibo through flowers and styling. From daily guest area displays and dining tablescapes to large-scale event installations, your work will help create memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

* Cutting and foraging flowers and foliage from the estate
* Prepare and deliver refined, seasonal arrangements for the castle, clubhouse, spa, and surrounding spaces
* Supporting the delivery of large-scale installations and seasonal events
* Assisting with event set up and breakdown
* Styling additional areas such as shop window displays and pop-up shops
* Working seasonally, with sensitivity to the Castle’s interiors, architecture and natural surroundings
* Working independently with effective time management across allocated hours, maintaining exceptional attention to detail
* Working collaboratively with other departments at the club
* Being a flexible, reliable presence during busy periods and events

* An ability to learn quickly and adapt to a high standard of presentation
* Detail-focused with high personal standards
* Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented
* Friendly, enthusiastic and motivated
* A full clean UK driving licence
