Description Senior Business Support Officer | 9453 | Fixed Term Contract to 31.12.2027 | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum | (Grade E) | County Hall, Norwich We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Officer to join the central recruitment team within Adult Social Services, Business Support. Our Central Recruitment Team support operational managers with recruitment. This includes, but is not limited to, raising the requisition for advertising, collating applications, the scheduling and booking of interviews, collating the information required for a job offer, support with preemployment checks such as DBS checks, data collation, and reporting. We work in collaboration with our HR function to make sure that recruitment is an efficient process from end to end for both our candidates joining us at Norfolk County Council and our operational managers. You will be organised and able to multitask holding multiple recruitments at different stages at any one time. You will be able to prioritise, work under pressure, be a problem solver, and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong communication skills. You will be expected to support other Business Support teams with adhoc work and projects as needed so must have a flexible approach and be able to reprioritise workloads to meet urgent requirements.
