Working closely with the General Manager and owner, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel’s commercial success while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

The role:
5. Build and maintain professional relationships with key partners and clients
6. Manage reservations with a strong focus on revenue optimisation
7. Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive and reactive sales activity
8. Collaborate with hotel leadership to support commercial objectives
What we’re looking for:
9. Experience in sales, reservations, and revenue management
10. Previous experience within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
11. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
12. A professional approach and commitment to high standards of service
